A proud University of Illinois graduate, Creg fell in love with Champaign-Urbana—so much so that he never left. For over 30 years, he has been shaping the community through real estate development, business ventures, and a commitment to giving back.

In 2009, he founded The McDonald Group Real Estate Company, and since 2010, his team has held the title of #1 producing real estate team in Champaign-Urbana. But ask Creg what really sets him apart, and he won’t talk numbers—he’ll talk about honesty, hard work, and putting his clients first.

Beyond real estate, Creg’s heart is in the community. He has served on numerous charity boards for decades and, in recent years, has taken his talents to the stage—raising over $500,000 as a charity auctioneer!

At home, Creg is a proud dad to his daughters, Mia and Kelley, and husband to his amazing wife and business partner, Liz (who, by his own admission, might just be the best Realtor in the family!).

When he’s not negotiating deals, you’ll find him on the golf course, out on the water, cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, or supporting University of Illinois and local high school sports.
